Please complete the collections form which is located on our website’s front page. FFS will send you a
confirmation email and also book in with the Fortnum and Mason Goods-In team for Piccadilly.

Once you have placed your order on-line, we will book in with the Fortnum and Mason Goods-In
team for access and email you a confirmation of the date for delivery.
